Annual & Investiture Meeting of District Grand Council

Dear Sir & Companion,
The annual Meeting of this DISTRICT GRAND COUNCIL will be held in the Grand Temple at Mark Masons’ Hall, 86 St James’s Street, London SW1A 1PL on

THURSDAY 22ND JUNE 2023

Masters, Deputy Masters, Principal Conductors of the Work and Past Masters of Councils within the District are hereby summoned to attend; all other subscribing members of Royal & Select Councils within the District (and of course, other Districts) are invited to be present and are encouraged to attend.


The District Grand Master wishes to emphasise the importance he attaches to the attendance of each and every Cryptic Mason in the District.

Companions should be seated by 3.15 p.m., and the District Grand Council will be opened at 3.30 p.m. precisely.
Dinner will be at 6.00pm. The dining charge, including ⅓ a bottle of house wine, will be £58.00.

Seared Breast of Duck, Black Garlic Potato, Tender Vegetables, and a Black Cherry Demi

Coffee and Tea with Mints

Special dietary requirements must be requested at time of booking.

 

How to book/submit apology:
Register (Individual)
– choose this option if you are booking a place at the meeting for yourself only. Your dining option can be added along with your menu choice, or you can send an apology. An apology will be recorded by the District Grand Secretary.

Register (Group) – yourself and up to 9 guests, but you must have a minimum of 2 Registrants (yourself and one guest). The “Member 1 information” is yourself, the following “Members” are your guest(s). Remember to click the option for dining if you and your guest(s) are dining. The next page takes you to “billing” which should be details of the person paying which may be just yourself.

Charitable Alms Donation - We have added an option to the booking form so you can make a pre-meeting donation. The default amount can be changed and of course it can be zeroed if appropriate.

Cancellation will be accepted up to 11.55pm, 8th June 2023. Dining fees cannot be refunded after that date.
